Sent email requesting company send them (and included original order number along with picture of order confirmation with full name and address). Their response: what was your order number? Respond back with order number in email thread and they respond back....ooops sorry, we meant shipping address.... At this point I'm like are you serious right now telling them that that info was provided in original request. Sent address and finally rec'd installation hardware.Shelves themselves are designed well, but be prepared for the necessity of buying your own hardware. The wall anchors are flimsy aluminum ... additionally, installation instructions say to use 5/16" drill bit .... all good until that hole actually allows the anchors to literally fall out of the wall. Had to redrill new holes with 1/4" bit. It does not look like veneer (but I suppose it could be based upon the weight.Way better than anything I've seen elsewhere. It is made in China (which was not easily disclosed). I thought when I bought it that I was buying local-- Not necessarily against Chinese products because some of them--like this one--are of better quality.
