## Questions & Answers

**Q: Am I getting the right size? How do I find my baby’s shoe size?**
A: We recommend a slightly larger size so that your baby has room to grow. This way you will get longer use out of each pair of shoes. We recommend referring to our sizing chart in our images to determine the best shoe size.

**Q: Are they washable?**
A: To extend the product lifetime, we recommend to spot clean with a mild detergent and damp cloth.

**Q: Do you use non-toxic materials on all your products?**
A: MOST of our shoes are made of genuine leather. We use genuine leather for our Robeez footwear and instead of using harsh toxic chemicals during the tanning process we use vegetable-based oils.

**Q: Will these shoes hold up outside?**
A: Most Robeez shoes are recommended for indoor use and light outdoor activities. Water Shoes and Aqua Shoes are made for water activities, and are waterproof.

**Q: How do I know if my baby is comfortable in their shoes or need to size up?**
A: Is constantly stumbling or tripping…, Drags the toes of their shoes…, Has red imprints of the shoes left on their feet… Is repeatedly taking their shoes off… then it may be time to order the next size up of their favorite Robeez shoes.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t buy a knockoff- these are the best toddler shoes!
*by M***R on June 22, 2026*

These are the absolute best toddler shoes. I used these shoes on my children and now am purchasing for the next gen ❤️ They stay ON. You can use them with socks or without. They allow little feet to develop without molding them into a shoe form. They protect toes from getting stubbed with frequent falls. Yes, your child can walk all over with them. The suede is grippy enough not to slip on slick floors and they are great outdoors.
