It just doesn't charge as fast as it's supposed to because the barrel-type power input does not show that the AC adapter is even plugged in (I tested the AC adapter with a multimeter; that's not the problem).The screen is bright and clear enough for its intended purpose... to display lead sheets (lyrics & chords) while on stage, for one of our vocalists. I've been using iPad mini II's myself, and the difference in fit and finish between a $200 iPad and a $60 Android is not a surprise -- I still probably feel like it was a good deal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good tablet but it's not the Viking Pro it's just the simple Viking 10 tablet. The screen is really bright even if you configurate the brightness at the lowest level. The speaker is poor and volume is low, so avoid using it in noisy area. It comes in the original packaging, product is like new. It lacks the Full USB, port and the mini HDMI port you might see on the reviews as it is only a simple Viking tablet and not the Viking Pro tablet they say in the description.
