Review: Love the Grape flavor - I bought these to use with my soda stream maker. The original syrups can be hard to find ad have a decent amount of sugar in them. I got these to try as a replacement for their syrup, and they work quite well as a substitute. I use two packet tubes in one standard size Soda Stream Bottle and it is the perfect amount of flavor. When I dump in the powder, it can make a few little clumps, but shaking the soda for a few seconds breaks all of them up. Flavor wise, these are really good and taste just like the soda to me. I am not sure how they would be in plain water, but they are great in carbonated water.
Review: Great Flavor - Welch's seem to have changed their formula - and amount in each packet - now can pour entire packet in 16.2 oz bottle -before had to hold a pinch back or it was too sweet... old packets made for larger quantity of water - sometimes detect a slight after taste, which wasn't there before, but nothing too bad... price went up - have no idea why... not pleased with that... would buy product again if can fins cheaper price... can get them from wslmart for $1 a box... a whooooole lot cheaper!!!!

It's important to stay hydrated, especially when you're working midnight shifts. I don't always push fluids as much as I should, so about a year ago I decided I would drink a full bottle of water on every midnight shift. I just don't like the flavor of water enough to do that while drinking it "plain," but if I add a packet of Crush, the flavor is greatly improved. They just tweaked the formula (probably not included in the item description, but the packaging will tell you), and I think it's just as good. It doesn't taste artificial, it tastes pretty natural to me.
