They are better than the ones I bought years ago at Stuckys... Better than Cracker Barrel nuts. The coating is a little chewy and some are crisp but all the nuts are covered in the butter toffee and the taste is good. If you have any doubts from the reviews.....do not. They are actually the best I have eaten and I have been eating them over 60 years. I just ordered 10 cans. Pricy, yes but I will pay for quality. I defy you to find one SSpeck of pepper on any peanut. There is none, no taste of peanut and barely any salt at all. They are just bland, dry and boring and nothing more than a generic cocktail peanut for twice as much as you'd spend at the supermarket...... but above all else, there is no salt and pepper taste to this. None at all.
