A: We have two chairs and five broken bungee cords!!!  Where do we get replacements.

**Q: We can't seem to get it to disassemble - tried just lifting it off with no luck.   Please advise what we need to do to disassemble for transport.**
A: I don't have this chair any more.  But it had to be assembled when you got it.  Is it possible to just reverse the steps for assembly?

The chair is so comfortable and durable. Plenty of back support, easy to assemble, adjust, etc. I had my first one for probably four years before replacing it, and I'm not sure now that I even needed to replace it. I also bought one for when I moved home to take care of my grandma and needed to create office space. I wish they were less expensive, but they're that good - I paid three times and it's worth every penny.

The only chair can sit in for long periods of time. If a strap breaks they will send you a new on free.
