Unit looks to be brand new and came with both brackets. Seller responded very quickly and politely with questions i had. Like many others here im using this in a homemade pfsense box. For my setup im using an old Lenovo Thinkcentere small form factor running an i3 with 8gb ram on a 128gb ssd with pfsense in a VM. Works flawlessly and holds up to my 350+ Mbps connection. I have time warner in California and test my speed regularly. This is also plugged in to a TP-Link 8 port gigabit managed switch serving my buffalo NAS and two other computers along with a Ubiquiti long rang AC access point. With sustained high-speed traffic (streaming and downloading movies on multiple devices while playing games for several hours) the heat sink does indeed get a bit warm but with adequate cooling that wont be an issue. Overall very satisfied with my setup. Also, it would have been helpful to know that the card is a PCIe x4, NOT an x1. Does it work? I don't know. When I insert it, the software on the card tries to boot into some sort of OS instead of into my Windows 10.
