I love it's tatse and aroma.. Texure is good.. It's pure compare to other ghee available in the market.. It's the same pure ghee taste which we used to have in our childhood.. Consistency will be set to thick once u keep it for 1 week.. White solid part settled in the bottom of the jar and smell ws also not good - definitely it was adulterated. As I opened tha package after 15 days of receipt, I did not report the issue to Amazon. That is why I am giving a 4 star rating.
