In addition to that, the item came folded instead of rolled, so there are permanent fold marks in this mat. My mat came already scuffed too, so I was tempted to send this back, but will just use on my outside porch entry as I strictly do not allow shoes to be worn anywhere in my house. Now I will order a Cape Hatteras Please Remove Shoes Mat instead to replace where I was going to put this one, as I know these hold up. The only reason I ordered this instead in the first place was because I liked the graphics, which was a mistake on my part.
