It is rather restrictive. The sleeves have elastic inner cuffs inside large outer cuffs. The inner cuffs are so small as to restrict circulation to my hands. That in itself was a deal breaker but also was the jacket closure. It fastens with snaps which will allow rain to get in especially for bicycling which is why I purchased it. Totally unsuited for that.
