**Q: My wheels don't stay in. they keep coming out.  Do I need to hammer them in?  In the picture, they look to be set in deeper than mine are.**
A: I would try a gentle hammer like a rubber mallet, but I don't recall having an issue with the wheels. 
I don't want to recommend unsafe practices like trying to jam them, so perhaps contact the seller to swap it out ?

**Q: How do you put on the wheels?**
A: They just pop in the space... I wouldn't recommend this chair the base is not very supportive . Ours lasted about a month and it went to the dumpster

**Q: How do you lower it? I accidentally raised it to the tallest height and can’t get it to go back down?**
A: Sit on the stool, and hold the lever up.

**Q: what are the plate dimensions (or distance between screws)?**
A: 3 and 1/4 inch apart

Chair does it’s job and Assembly is pretty easy but the reliability and longevity of the chair is poor. Lasted a few months until the screws on the bottom literally started to become undone on the metal plate underneath the chair .. I’d definitely say it’s good for now if you want something quick whatever and ur petite but if ur not please invest in something sturdier !! Im petite and it failed me lol

The stool is easy to assemble taking about 10 minutes. It's sturdy but not strong so don't drive yourself onto it with force. My main complaint is that the wheels are so sensitive that you have to keep the stool still or it will skise

I really love the fact that it adjust low enough to where you are not crouching or hurting your back! It’s worth it for the price it’s listed at, but it will hurt ur bottom due to no cushion at all, if you are on it tooo long. Other than that great lash chair!
