**Q: is this good for seniors over 60**

Cardio Core EXPRESS offers a complete cardio and core workout in just 30-minutes by following the ACSM Guidelines for interval training using a 2:1 ratio. **Q: Will this help build strength back in muscles?**
A: Hi and thank you for your question. Rebounding exercises and strengthens every cell in the body. With the Cardio Core Express DVD the trainer focuses on targeting major muscle groups while raising the heart rate. Working out regularly on the fitness trampoline will help build strength and stamina in muscles and using this DVD should give jumpers guidance. **Q: Can anybody give me a questimate on how many calories one might burn doing this workout?**
A: I can't - but I can tell you it isn't as much as using an elliptical, but more than walking on a tread mill.  It is just different.  And it depends on your level of fitness.  I find it adds variety to my workouts and gives me some core and balance training.  Plus .... it is fun.

**Q: do you need the handle bars to do this workout?**

The workout on the Cardio Core Express DVD does incorporate the handle into most of the movements, however, many of them can be modified to still get a good workout. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Good Workout

As noted in other reviews, you need the stability bar for this one, and while I have one with my rebounder, it's not a JumpSport model and am not confident it would support my weight for the pushup variation they use, but pushups aren't an issue for me - I just modify that part by using the surface of the rebounder for that portion. Otherwise a good workout. As with my other JumpSport reviews, all of this series could have been placed on one DVD, like the Urban Rebounder compilations, but a good workout, nonetheless.
