These will probably chafe really badly in the summer.-Zero stretch so I find myself stopping a lot to adjust the tightness-Much dimmer lights than the Hulk sized adult armbands-The USB charging cables it came with are so short you need to put a stack of books under the power outlet so the bands aren't just dangling, and it didn't even come with a wall adapter. Cheap cheap cheap!!!!Verdict: I wore these on my arms for one run and then switched to ankles because they were so uncomfortable.
