The cross body Trainer double end bag is revolutionary new training system tailored for MMA, boxing and fitness enthusiasts alike, looking for a mobile double end bag system for their home or gym without mounting any damaging hardware to their walls. The rolled steel frame and 36-liter ballast weight system ensure complete stability and durability. Includes a mobile device holder that allows you to display training content, film yourself for technique Study or social sharing, or simply to play your favorite music. Includes a quick connect strap for adjusting the bag height and tension, carabiner bag attachment hardware allowing the user to add any style of double end bag they like, rubber feet for security and floor damage protection and access to our free training app which includes over 10,000+ different cardio and HIIT style training programs. Note this version of the cross body Trainer does not include the strike sensor found in the cross body Trainer Interactive model. The app will not be able to detect strikes or track performance metrics on this Nexersys without an upgrade. However, if you wish to access this feature later on, Bluetooth strike sensors that fit into the stock cross body Trainer bag can be purchased directly from Nexersys.
