Review: Exceeded Expectation - I purchased the 6.5 ft size National Tree Company Pre-Lit ‘Feel Real’ Artificial Full Downswept Christmas Tree to create a central focal point in an entertaining space with a low ceiling. Yes, time was spent fluffing out and arranging the branches exactly to my liking. However, this is a task I expect on putting up an artificial tree. The version I purchased came with only warm white lights pre-installed. I added a 100 ft 300 LED Christmas lights strand, multicolored, 8 modes, into the central interior of my tree. I felt that lent additional dimension. The tree packaging was sturdy. Arrived as scheduled. Comes in three sections that went together intuitively, along with a metal stand of reasonable sturdiness. With the tree fully installed, the stand is also fully stable. I spent a fair amount of time, over several weeks, researching artificial trees online. For the price point, this tree checked all of my buttons and exceeded expectations. The tree has significantly more warm white lights than average. Extra ornaments, tucked into the center of the tree, along with the additional light strand, mentioned above, easily ‘corrected’ the less than realistic inner branches. Those are wrapped vs tipped. At the same time, the outer tips are gorgeous and very close to realistic in appearance Further, I greatly appreciated gloves weren’t required when I set up this tree. That, alone, was a big plus for me. At the end of the exercise, this tree, fully decorated, looks far more expensive than it was. I hesitate and rarely write product reviews. That said, this particular tree has earned my unreserved recommendation. It reminds me of the real Douglas Firs we had during my growing up years on the East coast.
Review: Still Satisfied! - 2022-Year #4 And the tree still looks great! I did replace one bulb this year. Absolutely no disappointment here! 2019-After doing much research on many artificial trees and reading the reviews on this tree, I decided to take a chance. My biggest concern was that it would look full (no holes), I was also concerned about the negative comments regarding faulty lights on the tree. The last artificial pre-lit tree I owned had many "holes" due to thin branches which ornaments really couldn't hide. When I got the tree I plugged in each section of the tree & the lights appeared to be working. However, I noticed when I put the second section on, one strand of lights were not working. I found a broken bulb, replaced it and all was well with the rest of the lights on the tree. Fluffing was not a big deal, I did follow the recommendation of a previous comment to keep the branches tied up and do one row at a time. For me it would've been too overwhelming to try to do an entire section at a time. I have attached pics without and with the lights. The only place that seemed to lack "fullness" was the bottom row of branches. They hang down a bit from the above branches making them to look sparse. Overall I am pleased with the fullness, lights, etc. The feel real branches are nice. It is true they follow into the inside of the tree but you don't see the more artificial looking branches on the inside. I compared the National "feel real" tree to other artificial trees (with the same tips) in the stores and buying it on desertcart was between $200 to $300 less than store brands. I never thought I would pay as much as I did for an artificial tree but it was certainly a good value compared to what is out there. I felt confident that if the tree was as bad as some of the comments suggested, I would just send it back. I don't think "Perfect" trees exist in real life let alone the artificial world. I am happy with the tree and how it looks. It looks full and the lights are great.

**Q: How sturdy are the branches on the 4.5 foot tree? I have very heavy ornaments and I need very sturdy branches. Can you assemble with lights?**
A: I purchased a National tree last year. When I took it out of the box to assemble it, the branches seemed fine, but it was impossible to open the bottom section of the tree without taking the lights off. Because of the way the lights are put on the tree, it was also impossible to put the lights back on. Perhaps it was a fluke, but I sent the tree back and have purchased a Balsam Hill tree this year.

**Q: I understand the tree is 6.5 ft. including stand, but how much of that is the stand?  What is the true measurement of the tree itself?**
A: from bottom to top my tree was 6ft 7in the very tip limb is thin and does not hold a star well . I ended up cutting it off and fixing it to hold my star

**Q: How large is the base? Are the clear lights "warm" soft white or clear bright light? Thanks.**
A: The base consists of two cross sections, with each section about 14" long.  The base sits 6" high.  In the center of the base is a pipe for the tree with a diameter of 1.5 ".  The LED lights are clear bright.

**Q: Can the branches hold heavy ornaments?**
A: The branches (i.e., those that unfold from the trunk segments) are very stout and should be able to support anything that could reasonably be called an ornament.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply beautiful

I love this! It has a great quality, very sturdy and easy to assemble. The overall shape is what I was wishing, you can see in the picture I uploaded, it took me some minutes to open the branches and give it a nice look, without any empty spaces. The lights give the tree a festive Christmas look and I love to plug it in every day, it makes me happy to look at it when all lit. I bought the 4 ft and it's the perfect size for me. It came very well packaged, it even has a few spare lights and fuses.
