**Q: How is this different from the Vegeta in the blue can that I always use?**
A: They taste same. Natural version is around maybe 5 years. The main difference is no additional colors and mainly no glutamate. I prefer the new version. Hope this helped. Lucie

**Q: Does this have a re-closing lid? Or is it open forever once you open it? (like the blue bag)**
A: It has a tin lid that lifts up and opens the container. Then it comes with an additional plastic clear lid in order to re-close it. I prefer these cans over the blue bags because it keeps the seasoning fresher.

**Q: It does have an yeast extract in it. i read that yeast extract is an another sourse of clutamic acid and it's bad for you  same as MSG.is it?**
A: Glutamic acid is one of the most abundant amino acids in animals, and is found in a wide range of foods. I doubt the yeast extract in this product will hurt you, but it is high in sodium.
