Review: Awesome for all levels! - As a hopeful Instructional Designer I found this book to be crafted seamlessly! True to story telling form, you follow Dayna, an instructional designer that is learning about the world of crafting corporate training through storytelling. The book comes with valuable graphic organizers you can download and reference in the back of the book for the built in practice activities. Rance was crafty when writing the plot of Dayna's story and the content to sync with each other. Not only do you get the nitty gritty valuable content, but you see it applied with Dayna's story as an example, and your given practice and thoughtful reflection with each new portion of content. The book itself is a prime example of learning through story. I am SO excited to learn more about the art of storytelling and using the methods described in Instructional Story Design.
