If you are an artist and want to decorate a cover, this will work well for you. Though the texture is visible, it doesn’t detract. Paint doesn’t smear or smudge on it. The pockets are well fitted to the cards, and all side loading. Usually with two in one direction and on in the other direction (on the 3x3 nine pocket pages). There are a few pockets that have small dents or bumps, but not enough o be an issue and minimal enough to not notice when the cards are added. I would suggest getting individual sleeves for cards before adding them, as the cards are a little loose in the pockets on their own, but with an additional sleeve, they fit well and don’t move. One of my favorite aspects is actually the zipper.
