It works great. I hold a cotton round over my eye for a few seconds wipe and repeat a few times. Anything left thing left comes off with my oil cleanser. Note when I wear makeup for thorough removal I clean my face with the micellar water, then oil cleanser, then a foaming cleanser. Not smudges the next day. **Q: Can the 01 over and under lashes be used with just one with the magnetic eyeliner?** A: I've never used bottom lashes so I'm really not sure.
