Review: Looks pretty - on the counter it is a plus, but I don't use as much as I thought I might. I find the numbers hard to read and reach over and over again under the cabinet for the old pyrex measuring cups. Maybe this old dog just needs to learn new tricks.
Review: Great gift - [...] Nigella Lawson Bliss Measuring Jug 1-Liter, Cream I bought this measuring cup for my niece. She loved it because her kitchen space is limited and she uses it double duty. She obviously uses it as a measuring cup but when not baking she uses it as a vase for flowers to brighten up the kitchen. Very handsome.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great gift

### ⭐ Dribbles all over the place
*by M***S on July 30, 2009*

Unfortunately, this just doesn't work as a pitcher -- it dribbles and spills all over when you try to pour from it. Note that this is made of stoneware, not plastic as it might appear in the picture. Inside has white printed markings in both cups and ml, plus a clever set of additional markings on an angle that let you see how much is left in the pitcher as you're pouring. Unlike a previous reviewer, the one I received seemed reasonably accurate. But if it can't pour without spilling, it's of no use as a measuring pitcher. Back to Amazon it goes.
