These t shirts check both those boxes. They’re generously cut for my thicker frame, soft cotton, and are very very affordable. At this price I can use them for however long they last and then just get more if they get holes or whatever. I use them for wearing around, lifting weights, jogging, walking, etc. You can see in the pic how a size large fits my 5’8” 180 lbs frame. For me it’s just perfect. Nothing feels tight or constricting. They’re thin so they don’t make me feel too hot, but they’re substantial. They don’t even shrink much in the wash.
