Review: Wonderfully Fast! I Have No Dislikes! - I am so pleased with my new computer! I purchased it for photo editing. Maybe overkill but being able to running Lightroom and Photoshop full speed at the same time is simply amazing. Everything this computer does is like lightning. Photo stacking, exporting, importing my 10,000 songs for Sonos! I worried about the comments on the keyboard and mouse, but evidently for being considered extremely picky I'm really not. I actually love the feel of the keyboard and have no issues with the mouse. I haven't even bothered to change out with my $200 mouse I was using with my other computer. I also worried about the noise of the SSD, because I had read comments on that. It only purrs for a moment or two when I give it a huge task like snapping 6 shots in a row really fast in Lightroom. I notice it maybe twice a day in my routine work. The screen is wonderful! Of course it comes with the price of showing you what you have been missing. Oh, and the shipping was fantastic. This thing would have survived the Airport gorillas. Extremely pleased about that!

First my Bluetooth headphones wouldn't connect properly, then the wifi wouldn't connect unless I restarted my computer, and now it won't connect to wifi at all. I've continued maintaining any and all new updates, as that is what troubleshooters suggested, but they never helped. Now, the computer is completely useless, unable to connect to anything and makes a strange popping sound whenever I try to turn it on.

A: GTX 1650

**Q: Does it come with the keyboard and mouse shown?**
A: Yes, it does. Some people complained about it's quality, but I have found it to be one of the best I have used as far as good key placement for fast typing. Mouse hasn't caused any problems with my wrist that I often have from hours on the computer editing photos.

**Q: Can a second screen be added?**
A: I'm not an IT person, but there is an option to add multiple screens in settings/display/multiple displays. I assume that means that you can add additional screens. This is a great computer and you will not be disappointed. I am very, very happy.

**Q: If hp does not offer this 32 all in one with 64 gbs of ram, how is it available here. specifically, is this an open boxed modification?**
A: The system is upgradeable, All-in-Ones are similar to laptops. Look on Amazon this model is available with different processors, drive sizes and memory. I believe they have an agreement with HP or they wouldn't be doing for long. Comparing to Best Buy which isn't allowed to modify configuration pre purchase. But they can do and after purchase upgrade on customer request.

It worked for a while, but after a few months little things began occurring. ### ⭐ Nightmare Computer

This computer has turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I only had it a few weeks when the sound kept going out. I called HP customer service and they were able to get this fixed. Fast forward four months, and my computer randomly started playing ads, music, sound effects. The sound volume goes up and down on its own. I have only used this computer to access email, my bank account, and as a second screen for work. There should be absolutely no reason this computer is doing this. I have run anti-malware and anti-virus programs to no avail. Nothing has been found. Finally, I spent 1.75 hours on the phone with HP customer service during which the rep admitted they had seen this before. The tech reset something in the Bios, and then he told me the only solution he could come up with was to reset my computer to factory settings, but since the security key I had printed out is also not working, I was told I could also buy a flash drive from HP for almost $80, or I could buy my own, then call back with my case number, and another tech will walk me through the process. I now have a flash drive on order, and I am praying this works, though I feel this whole thing is ridiculous. A computer this young should just work, particularly a computer this expensive. I have tried muting the computer's speaker, disabling the computer's speaker, turning the system volume down to 0, and these sounds continue to plague me, often at unbearable volumes. I am scared this demon machine is going to pull one of its fun tricks when I am in the middle of a work meeting. Unreal.
