I have to send it back & wait for a replacement. I am disappointed with the quality ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Comfortable... Don't Like the Look *by S***Y on 2 February 2019* If your only concern is comfort, warmth, and a vegan alternative to down... this might be the perfect option for you. However, I want all those things and also want to feel cute. Instead, I felt more like a big navy marshmallow. It was puffy in the wrong places. I'm super picky about the appearance of coats because I'm already 5'10 and 160 pounds and don't need any help looking bigger than I already am. I got a size small and it was plenty roomy to layer under, so I'd say this coat runs slightly large. I may have even been able to fit an xsmall (not a normal size for me), but it might have been too tight in the chest. Overall, super cute coat that seems to be of decent quality and certainly worth a try. The drawstring waist and elastic cuffs were really nice features. Color was beautiful. But I'm returning it and continuing the search for a functional AND flattering coat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Warm, lightweight, long, comfortable coat *by Y***T on 3 January 2019* This is a nice coat for the price — the vegan insulation was warm during a short walk in frigid temperatures at night, and it was hot inside the house, so I think it’s a warm coat.— The hood itself needs an adjustable tie on the back so it can be made bigger/smaller (some coats have these, I don’t know what the correct term is). As it is, it’s pretty large and airy, yet the fur is not very thick or long, so you have to zip the jacket all the way up to keep your face warm.— The thumbholed inner sleeves are really great, very thick, nice material.
