A: Yes it is considered waterless it is a gel that will stay on your hands until you wipe it off unlike cheeper products that become watery upon contact with your hands. I have used this hand cleaner on my service trucks and my guys love it.

**Q: Can this be used on cloths in the washing machine?**
A: you could put this on your clothes and was it but you would have to but in every good, I do not know if it will take off the grease bust of luck
