I struggled to keep mine clean till I tried these. The elastic fits comfortably around my ears, and the mask doesn't slide around. I've ordered these more than once. Depending on how long I play, I might wear a mask once, or several times. I tried a lot of ways to keep my Quest from sliding down my face and sweat out of my eyes, from bandanas to fans. These work, unless you sweat a lot. And if you sweat a lot, you can use another. These do what I want, and fit well.
