If your looking at the M7 vacuum. Just to let you know it is really chokes on pet hair. I had a neto before and it definitely cleaned the carpet and handled pet hair better. However, The M7 does navigate better and clean edges and corners better it also seams to run more reliable with less issues. **Q: will it work 230 or 220v?** A: The vacuum base charger came with a 110/220v Adapter but No not the Automatic Dust Bin. The collector in the vacuum was simply packed...and that kept the automatic dust tower from being able to evacuate the vacuum properly.However, after the first two runs (because dear gods, my cat sheds an inordinate amount of hair), the dust tower has successfully evacuated the vacuum every time. It's working great, and I'm a happy camper. :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Customer Support *by M***A on August 3, 2021* I bought the M7 Pro vacuum and the dust collector at the same time. The dust collector didn't seems to work properly from the start. I had numerous read errors that the bag was full when it wasn't and the error read out the first time I used it. I called Alex at Proscenic customer service and he forwarded all the information to engineering which contacted me the next day. By the time I got around to contacting them I had run the robot about 4 times with the error each time. They verified that I had purchased it through Amazon by the Amazon order number and shipped a new one to me without the need to send the defective one back. It arrived in about 4 day and has worked flawlessly ever since and perfectly too!!! Great product and even better customer service!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loud but good if you know how to keep the base clear of blokkages *by A***T on December 8, 2020* Loud but works. For anyone getting the constant dustbag full message ; for me it was because something got stuck in the base. It's easy to clean if you know how. At the bottom there is a piece of plastic in the shape of a Christmas sock. Unscrew and you can easily get to clean it out.
