This is the most disgusting,foul-tasting tincture I have ever taken. High alcohol ratio (50+-65+%) is one factor. Also, so far, Ive noticed no phyisical benefits after taking this for a few weeks.

My lower 50's aged wife had to have her uterus removed a bit over a year ago. Since then she has lost her libido and natural lubrication even though she still has her ovaries. Her naturopath recommended this and it seems to work! She's always been one to chase me before the surgery but not since. After some of this stuff she's been giving me the look I love to see. Been quite awhile since lubrication wasn't needed but there it was. Does the stuff taste bad? Yep, she says like soap and alcohol but isn't the worst thing she's had to take by far. She says she feels sexier with it too. This is a win.

Don't reccomend it for anyone. Taste nasty and did not help
