How dark will my color come out?** A: Caralee, I am just now getting patches of silver hair and noticing how the dye color is affected. If you're 80% white your result will probably be two, maybe even three shades lighter than the lightest color shown on the box depending on how your hair takes color. I would suggest doing a color test on your hair (it's a pain, I know) before committing to the all over color. I have noticed with this hair dye that leaving it on the max time (appr. 35 minutes) or applying a lot of it, as opposed to just enough to cover your hair well, will result in a darker color initially.It is a wonderful product and gives a nice, glossy color as well as slightly thickening the feel of the hair.
