The outer sleeve is not affixed to the cup itself. It looks like maybe it’s supposed to be, but inevitably gets loose and slides around after a short time. Unfortunately these cups leak out the bottom ridge, so you end up with a coffee ring on whatever surface you rest your cup. If you drink it fast enough, it’s barely noticeable, however if you don’t want to burn your mouth and let your coffee sit for even a few minutes, you’ll notice a large pool of liquid around your cup. I gave this a week of daily coffee to see if maybe it was just a couple bad cups but had the same issue every day. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Some of the bottoms leaked right away *by K***, on Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2020* These cups are adorable and quite a hit at work! They make a great novelty gift but as far as functionality, they are only middle of the road because of the quality. One in every 5 cups leaked from the bottom which was a disaster since the idea is to be portable. Coffee in the cup holder and on a desk is not fun.
