I prefer Sukrin. It does not have an aftertaste of stevia that I detect with Swerve. It's a delayed taste that emerges after I've had it in my mouth. Sukrin is the only one that does not seem to do this to the same extent. There is less of a "cool" sensation as well (which I can live with compared to Stevia aftertaste). **Q: Do you get one bag per order or two?** A: You get two bags, each bag has 8.8 oz for a total of 1.1 lbs (500g) **Q: Does this product recrystallize like Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener?** A: It did not do that with me. **Q: Does erythritol acquire a bitter aftertaste after it has expired? A real answer please and not a guess :)** A: No it doesn't. Such a shame. I'm still giving 5 stars because if you have the money, this is a sweetener you will enjoy. The grain size is comparable to regular white sugar rather than Baking sugar.I ordered more or less all at the same time, Sukrin:1, Sukrin Gold, and Sukrin Melts, along with LC's 6 different sweetener based on eyrthritol, stevia, monk fruit, and inulin in various combinations. I hate anything that has a pronounce stevia taste, and the LC brand have that. I'm still waiting for my Swerve to be delivered.Sukrin:1 is even better than the blend I have been making at home using straight erythritol and rounding out the sweetness profile with pure monk fruit powder. For some reason, the cooling sensation in the product is reduced. I am only using this in baking. The batter tasted good, and so did the cake. It's a shame that one bag is so small, and the shipping jacks the price up even higher.
