The 4 pack is perfect because I can keep 2 in the freezer and the other 2 on my face. They fit perfectly in the wrap that my surgeon gave me. I love that they can be hot or cold. The cold lasts 30 minutes to an hour and the heat lasts for about 30 minutes as well.
