While strapping down my dirt bike, I noticed that one of the plates that connect the platform to the box tube that attached to the hitch was missing a weld. It was painted so I didn’t see it at first. It wasn’t until loading that I noticed it completely separated and only one weld holding the platform with the bike to the car.
