**Q: shelf life?**
A: 6 months at a minimum, but I doubt you will resist temptation that long!

**Q: how was it made?**
A: In Hungary, this was one of the products made when a pig was slaughtered.
They used Paprika with the ground meat, and in Hungary they used the intestines
of the pig to make the sausage skin.  I do not know the exact recipe but the Paprika
is what gives it a unique taste.  The Bende Family in Illinois brought the recipe to the US
Our family is from Hungary and found the sausage in Chicago in the 50s.  A taste of home.

**Q: How much it weighs?**
A: approximately 2lb (2lb-2.2lb)

Tasty and reasonably priced. Not too hard, not too soft to a bite. I think it had a little bit more sophisticated taste compare to the brands you buy in the food store.
