After taking the basket out of its plastic covering, I noticed that the changing pad liner was visibly soiled. Upon further inspection, the basket had multiple soiled areas that appeared to be some sort of red dirt and bugs/cobwebs. It was dirty on both the inside and outside of the basket. I immediately issued a replacement for the item, expecting to get a clean basket the second time. The replacement was just as soiled. The changing pad liner was even more visibly soiled than the first.
