It is soft and easy to operate. Nice! ### ⭐⭐ Didn't really work for me *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2020* It didn't really do what I wanted it to do. The heads are too soft and don't really work well. Unfortunately, you can't go any harder or you will damage your ear. The product isn't faulty, it's just that the premise behind the product doesn't really work. It would only work if the wax was right on the outside. But then again, if it is on the outside, then you can just get it out with a Q-tip (I know, I know, doctor's don't recommend Q-tips at all) or a tissue. So no need to buy this product. And if the wax is really in there, this product doesn't really get it out because it can't go in that far without damaging your eardrum, so you'd have to see a doctor anyway. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as advertised *by W***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2020* I generate a lot of earwax, and so must go to my ENT to have the wax removed from my ears every three to four months to keep my hearing aids from generating feedback.
