For the price of this chair I honestly wasn't expecting much but this chair surpassed my expectations in a big way. I know some reviews were talking about how bad it was and coming damaged. Myself I didn't experience any of that, it just arrived in great condition and the FedEX driver handled the package very well. I'm disabled and needed a good chair to sit in while I gamed that was comfortable and easy to move around and this chair has it all. The wheels roll easy, the seat reclines back to make it a little more comfortable. The lumbar and headrest pillow are awesome and feel very well made. They snapped straight in half. It seemed like maybe they had been in extreme heat storage conditions. But non the less, I emailed customer service from the contact page on their website. They got back with me the next day and we started a process of getting me new base legs. They arrived very quickly and have been holding up great. Just make sure you still under factory warranty and they will take care of you, no problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome & Affordable with THE BEST customer service! *by A***G on November 22, 2018* I ordered this chair over the summer and there was a minor manufacturer issue (one of the arms was loose). I contacted the company and they were ready to send a replacement... I decided to try tightening the arm a bit more and it seemed to work for a little while and didn't get a replacement... The arm came loose again and I sent a video to GTRacing. They emailed me immediately and offered a replacement, even after the return date passed. They were extremely responsive and super helpful. The chair is amazing and it comes with some incredible customer support.
