It worked fine, however after doing more research before fitting it turns out that 0.5w 2.2ohm resistors are generally used opposed to these 0.25w ones for long term reliability. I’d already ordered these and it turns out you can run them in parallel (essentially just use two with each leg twisted together to the matching leg on the other) however if you’re buying for this purpose probably look instead for the 0.5w ones in the first place. Oh also for some reason the first time I tried it and reset the codes it didn’t work, kept resetting the code but it failed.
