Review: Just what I needed - I've made two types of little pies with these now... just used a graham cracker crust recipe to carefully line the inside then adapted a pie recipe as needed to fill smaller portions nicely (I find a normal pie recipe fills around 30-36 of these). After being baked the pies came out of the tins very nicely (could be due to the crust but I think the tins played a big part) so it's easy to warm the pies back up in the microwave. My only con is the tins are weak but I found them easy to work with anyway, or just easily bend back when I pushed something too hard. I strongly recommend these, especially for the price.
