**Q: how wide is the trim strip i need to cover the screws ?**
A: Roof side receiver will take a 3/4 vinyl insert.  Hatch side has a 3/4 flat surface .

**Q: How thick is the sheet metal I don't see tat dimension is specs ?**
A: the legs/flats are about .045in

**Q: I searched for vinyl insert and found nothing. Is it included with the hinge?**
A: It is not included.

**Q: Will this open 180 degrees and beyond?**
A: Not sure you’d want to go beyond, but after installation, its hard to do. 180 may be hard to achieve. Heck worth a shot?!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2 ---> JJ connecters no hinge!?

EDIT: Got another one, it was loose inside the box. But I got both the J hook and the hinge! This time around. I would like to point out that the J hook section, Needs to be trimmed on the inside so it closes all of the way I found this out after removing and installing 2 times luckily I had my extra J hinges, cause I had to recut this so it would work ( yes the irony isn't lost on me lol ) Super mad got 2 ---> JJ connecters no hinge!? Who could mess this up?? 2 of the same things? Waited a week to get this! Now I have to wait even longer for a return and a refund! Just to wait to get something that is what it is supposed to be what I ordered!! Not happy at all!!
