Good value for money and backup power ### ⭐ TrippLite is negligent in advertising *by M***S on May 18, 2022* Unit works great alone, as advertised. Added an external battery pack. The configuration utility to add the battery pack,per TrippLite support, does NOT work with this model, regardless of the fact its listed in the compatibility chart. They are aware of the issue and refuse to update ANY of their online or print information to inform the customer that there is no possibility of activating an external pack to work with the base unit. Supposedly it still utilizes the pack, but who wants to find out if it really does in an emergency?
