It never worked from the minute I got it out of the box. It wouldn't sync. It wouldn't load icloud. And it couldn't open anything in pages, keynote or numbers because that software wasn't autoloaded. Sounds simple to solve, but would not download any of those apps claiming it had to have an macOS 15 or higher. So, waste of effort and hours of my time trying to get it to work.
