Immediately upon opening the first box (I ordered two pairs which came in same delivery package) I got a headache and had an asthma reaction to the extreme odor from this product. It smells very strong of creosote, like railroad ties or telephone poles are treated with, and I had to open my doors in the house to ventilate my home. My family noticed right away too, and we thought it was like kerosene or creosote or something. I can't keep them, and I would be afraid to wear them for fear of what's in the materials and it getting absorbed into my body. I feel it is toxic. I want a full refund for both pairs and I don't expect to be charged a 'restocking fee' or anything like that.
