Shop Cobb Premier Air Charcoal Barbecue Grill and Carry Bag. Review: Great for boat, camper van, caravan and camping. - Bought this to use mainly on our narrow boat as find traditional BBQs smoky, smelly and difficult to clean. Read all the info regarding the Cobbs origins and decided to give it a shot. Used it over the 3 days of a little cruse out. Having looked at the recipes I purchased a few assesories and a box of Cobble stones for fuel. Day one home made burgers, used 1 cobblestone (see vid) still going strong after 2 Hrs even boiled a kettle to wash up. Day two, steaks, used 1/2 Cobblestone still going long enough for kettle boil! Day three, home made chicken kebab 1/4 cobblestone and a kettle boil!! . Don't be put off by the price, if you have a boat or motorhome/caravan it's a winner. Base stays cool, only a small amount of smoke until Cobblestone gets going. Liners a good idea and can be reused depending on food fat content. Review: Great camping bbq - Bought this to take away in our camper van. Ideal for 2 people - if cooking for more you would need to eat and put further items onto the grill. We bought the Cobbs to grill on to save space, they are great, light very easily and keep going for ages leaving little mess. Love the fact that the base doesn’t get hot and the ashes are all contained, both important safety features. Easy to keep clean, we used a sponge with a green scrubbing pad on one side and this was sufficient, haven’t tried it in the dishwasher as it didn’t need a further clean on our return home. Love it! ## Features - Versatile portable grill - With adjustable vents. - For improved temperature control - Roasting, smoking, baking, grilling, frying, cooking and more. - With a stay-cool base. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0854FRZFM | | Best Sellers Rank | 37,882 in Garden ( See Top 100 in Garden ) 156 in Charcoal Barbecues | | Brand | Cobb | | Brand Name | Cobb | | Colour | Silver | | Cooking System | Versatile | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 40 Reviews | | Finish Type | Non-Stick | | Frame Material | Stainless Steel | | Fuel Type | Charcoal | | Fuel type | Charcoal | | Grill Configuration | Single grill | | Handle Material | Stainless Steel | | Included Components | Lid | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Outdoor | | Installation Type | Free Standing | | Is Assembly Required? | Yes | | Item Dimensions | 33 x 33 x 30 centimetres | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 32D x 32W x 35H centimetres | | Item Weight | 3.6 Kilograms | | Main Burner Count | 1 | | Manufacturer | cobb | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Name | Premier Air | | Model Number | COBBP2A | | Number Of Racks | 1 | | Number of Heating Elements | 1 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Power Levels | 2 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Lightweight | | Primary Cooking Method | Barbecue | | Product dimensions | 32D x 32W x 35H centimetres | | Recommended Uses For Product | Outdoor | | Recommended uses for product | Outdoor | | Special feature | Lightweight | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Cobb - **Colour:** Silver - **Fuel type:** Charcoal - **Product dimensions:** 32D x 32W x 35H centimetres - **Special feature:** Lightweight ## Images ![Cobb Premier Air Charcoal Barbecue Grill and Carry Bag - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61EISGvjv5L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Could you use lava rocks instead?** A: Anything that burns works great. I use compressed charcoal and it’s much cheaper than the cobb alternative **Q: Can someone please tell me best way to clean this as really struggling thank you** A: I made the mistake of not spraying the inside with oil and not putting 200 mls hot water in the moat after barbecuing which resulted in a baked on mess. I soaked the BBQ in hot water and tartaric acid before scrubbing the inside with a green scourer and Pink Stuff. Since then I have followed the instructions as above in the booklet and haven’t had an issue since. The grill tray itself I followed Nancy Birtwhistles advice and threw it into long grass overnight before cleaning which really helps remove any burnt on bits. Honestly!! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for boat, camper van, caravan and camping. *by N***K on 26 May 2026* Bought this to use mainly on our narrow boat as find traditional BBQs smoky, smelly and difficult to clean. Love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really pleased, great customer service *by M***B on 11 August 2023* I was looking for a portable BBQ that I could also use on our small boat. The base and outside remain cool, so it makes it versatile. Its simple to use and uses suprising little charcoal, I also bought some Cobb bricks to fuel & these are good for longer cooking (e.g. roast chicken) Mine was delivered missing the fuel basket, but I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped a replacement next day. I like a company who looks after their customers. It takes some cleaning after, but we like roasting vegetables in the "oil bath" so its worth it. I love it, recommended. ## Frequently Bought Together - Cobb Premier Air Charcoal Barbecue Grill and Carry Bag - Cobb 6x COBBLE STONE briquettes for all Cobb briquette barbecues - Cobb Grill Roasting Rack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/184232079-cobb-premier-air-charcoal-barbecue-grill-and-carry-bag](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/184232079-cobb-premier-air-charcoal-barbecue-grill-and-carry-bag) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
