This isn’t exactly the intended purpose of this pad but it worked for what I wanted; which was something more responsive for double kick. It would obviously work fine as a tom or even as a ride cymbal if that’s how you decided to hook it up. Just remember this is a single zone and does not allow separate programming for the rim, it can only trigger one sample. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alright, it'll have to do. *by R***B on Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2020* Works fine but the pad is definitely noisier than the ones that came with the alesis set. The other stock Toms are quiet except for this one. I tried adjusting the knobs to tighten but it doesn't help. I think it's just a different type of mesh pad. With headphones or a loud speaker, it's hard to hear it but definitely noticable. Not the end of the world ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unbranded / Single Zone Addon *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2020* This is just unbranded gear that functions as well as the kit piece you would get when buying the Drum kit, it just doesn't have the name and is just a little bit cheaper made! Works as it's supposed to and does make a good add on for your kit. Seller packages it well and ships in an expected amount of time and communication was good too!
