I'd considered making my own several times and well.. that didnt happen haha. I recently moved somewhere with poor recycling availability and have made it my mission to go as plastic free and trash free as possible.I like how these feel. They are sturdy and work well (I may have warmed and wrapped the small one several times over several various things), and the design is pleasing to look at. Some other wraps I saw were so brightly colored with dyes.. it was offputting to think about that on my food. The cotton muslin bag it comes with is good for storage and I like that the company is also trying to limit their plastic use.
