I did have to return it because the opening at the top was too narrow for my needs. But the bag in general was well made and looked great. I also had a hard time with the shoulder straps and putting it on my back. There was a ring that the straps slipped thru. You need to develop a technique to put the bag on with out it dropping to one side or another. Annoying but not impossible. Looks and quality I give a 5 star.
