It says so on the package. But if you do not put them in your ears properly, then they will not work. You need to roll them evenly to a small tight cylinder shape, and hold your ear canal open by tugging on your ear lobe, then insert it into your ear canal, and let it expand and seal your ear canal. Take it out SLOWLY in the morning! **Q: Will I wake up to alarm clock?** A: I wake up to alarm clock without issues. **Q: Do these ear plugs fit any ear? Are they comfortable? Do they fall out?** A: I used them, and I inserted them correctly (rolled them up into a tight cylinder then put them in my ear). In the morning, my ears hurt, even for a little while after I took the ear plugs out. I think I must have small ear canals -- when I buy headphones that have different-sized ear pieces, I always have to use the smallest ones.
