This broth concentrate looks, feels, and smells a little like peanut butter in the jar. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it is that and yet a little like broth at the same time. When mixed per directions, the liquid turns from a peanut butter brown to a milk white. It tastes a little like powdered milk crossed with meat sauce (we call it shorba in my language, the liquid that is produced in meat dishes). All in all it is a nice taste, though not what I expected out of something labeled “bone broth”. It tastes the same a week after opening. I usually use about 2 servings at a time to make one mug of the broth. I don’t know how to measure the amino acid, nutrient, etc claims.
