Only complaint was that it was very sticky, lol. Maybe they had wiped it down with a cleaning agent before sending it out or maybe it was sent to them sticky, idk. Wiped right off but was unexpected haha. Performance-wise... I wound up reflashing the forward but I'm not sure I had to. Not going to knock off a star because good chance I was setting it up wrong who knows. Once it was set up tho no problems works great Also regarding the sender... I had initially ordered the wrong refurb. So two things: 1. Absolutely make sure you check the Orbi compatibility chart before buying an addon... Basically you have to buy the same ones as the original router (and not newer ones) 2. The sender has no problem accepting my return. Very gracious.
