There are many other options of this underwear and I accidentally purchased one of their more decorative (bejeweled) options once and did not enjoy the fabric or how the jewels could be felt easily through other fabric I wore over them.That said, I can speak highly of the more reserved stone and heather color choices because, yes, the fabric feel will fluctuate depending on what color options you choose. The bejeweled options are that slicker feel fabric and I definitely had my jeans sliding off my backside more than once when I was giving that option a try.I love the color choices I have chosen as they dry fast for airdry, genarally overnight on a drying rack. You can use a dryer with them, and I have, but they begin to shrink and just look a bit older faster.Otherwise, for the price - these are great! My excitement turned to disappointment after I opened the package and saw how small they were. They are not long as shown in the picture. I should have returned the underwear but wanted to try them to see if they fit. What a mistake that was. They did not stay in place and barely fit me. They are not made for someone who wears a size 8 or larger.
